It’s hard to believe, but the fifth anniversary of Tiger Woods 2019 Masters triumph is upon us. The world has changed a lot since then. We’ve survived a pandemic and a golf schism. Woods’ nearly lost his life in a car accident. His health problems have shifted from his fused back to his fused foot but the scale of his accomplishment hasn’t changed. Half a decade later, Woods’ fifth and (likely) final green jacket stands as perhaps the single greatest triumph in a career defined by dominance.

To commemorate the anniversary, CBS are set to air a documentary of that fateful final round, ‘The 2019 Masters: A Sunday Unlike Any Other,’ which tells the story of April 14th, 2019 according to those that were there—from Jim Nantz and Nick Faldo to Woods’ playing partner, Francesco Molinari. On Tuesday, CBS debuted the first trailer for the doc, and needless to say, it is electric.

Get ready to relive those goosebumps—and the carnage of no. 12—all over again. ‘A Sunday Unlike Any Other’ will premiere on Saturday, April 13th at 2 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount Plus preceding third-round coverage of the Masters. Make sure to tune in early and have a second screen free, because this is going to be must-see TV.
