Tiger Woods is 26th on inaugural Forbes’ list of America’s 40 wealthiest entrepreneurs under 40
It is a list he won’t be on long, but Tiger Woods came in at No. 26 on Forbes’ inaugural list of America's 40 wealthiest entrepreneurs under 40, with a net worth of $700 million.
Woods, 39 (he’ll turn 40 next month), is the only athlete on the list that is topped by Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, at $47.1 billion.
Among Woods’ income factored in: “[A] wildly lucrative pension thanks to the PGA Tour’s generous retirement plan.”
Among income factored out: “Woods’ net worth did take a hit with his $100 million divorce in 2010 from Elin Nordegren.”
Among Woods' benefactors are Nike, Hero MotoCorp, Kowa, MusclePharm, Rolex and Upper Deck. He also opened a restaurant recent, the Woods Jupiter, near his home in Jupiter, Fla.
