This video of U.S. Open competitor dribbling his golf ball down the fairway illustrates how firm Chambers Bay will play

We knew Chambers Bay would play very firm and fast this week. U.S. Opens always do. And the USGA always stresses it.

But this video from one of the top amateurs in the U.S. Open, University of Georgia's Lee McCoy, is a glimpse at the type of bounces we can expect to see this week.

McCoy looks like he ought to be in Cleveland tonight for Game 6 of the NBA Finals. The way he's dribbling that, he's getting as much bounce to go in between the legs ala Steph Curry.

So yeah, firm and fast. Looks like the USGA has achieved that.
