For those that think the golf gods are a callous, cold-hearted sort, this video of Jimmy Walker's putt at the Barclays on Thursday shows these mythical overlords do throw us a bone on occasion:
Although, as my much as I love the PGA Tour Twitter account, I have to disagree with the Caddyshack comparison.
Unless Walker's playing partners -- in this case, Justin Rose and Robert Streb -- yelled out, "We're all gonna get laid!" following the drop. And if that transpired, then the Plainfield Country Club gallery just witnessed the greatest scene in tour history.
