Style Tuesday: Kick the end-of-summer blues

It's official: summer is over. No matter how old I get, early September always feels like back-to-school time--the end of fun is just around the corner and things are about to get serious.

The upside is that fall days are crisp and sunny, perfect for golf outings. Just indulge in some back-to-school shopping and arm yourself with a great piece of outerwear. Here's a check list to help you find a great jacket for this time of year:

__

  1. Go high-tech.__ Since you never know when the weather will turn, it's best to make sure your jacket performs well under most fall conditions. Make sure to select a style that offers at least one of these bells and whistles: a moisture-wicking fabric, wind-resistance, and stretch for ease of movement. More than likely you'll find a jacket that has all of the above.
