Save of the week: Golfer helps police take down criminal
A California police chase over the weekend ended on a golf course, all thanks to a visiting hacker.
The Carlsbad police stopped a 22-year-old driver for an expired license, only to see him flee in his Hyundai Genesis. After crashing his car, the man ran onto the links at nearby Omni La Costa Resort and Spa.
It was here that a 43-year-old from Alberta, Canada saw the proceedings and decided to intervene, tackling the suspect and holding him down until the cops arrived.
No word if the Canadian used an interlocking or Vardon grip.
