RoryWatch2015 - McIlroy posts workout video, Internet loses mind

Give the man credit: he's got a handle on this social-media thing.

Since missing the British Open due to an ankle injury, Rory McIlroy's status for the PGA Championship has been speculatively ominous. There have been rumors of practice rounds and workouts, but nothing substantial regarding his defense of the Wanamaker Trophy. However, with the tournament just eight days away, combined with McIlroy's absence at this week's WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, the prospects don't look bright.

That is, until this morning, when McIlroy posted the following message on his Instagram and Twitter:

On the bright side, McIlroy's post is infinitely more encouraging than his previous tweets. If I never see Rory's "Uh-oh, look what happened to me" face, it will be too soon.
