Padraig Harrington celebrated his most recent win with a burger at his favorite chain restaurant

October 25, 2016

Padraig Harrington has always had a certain everyman's appeal to the game. The Irishman passed his exams to become a verified accountant, having done so while also pursuing his professional golf career. Not many tour pros can say that.

The three-time major champion can also count a love for chain restaurants as his appeal to everyday golfers. Just like you and me might, Paddy celebrated his win at last week's Portugal Masters, his first European Tour victory in eight years, with a bite to eat at Five Guy's Burgers and Fries.

You might imagine a tour pro partying it up lavishly after a win, but as we've come to expect from Paddy -- he's just like us.

The 45-year-old celebrated in a similar fashion last year when he won the Honda Classic.

Our next question: Can Paddy hang with Andrew "Beef" Johnston in a burger eating contest? That's a playoff we want to see hear about.
