Does experience matter in getting to match play?

MILTON, GA.—__As you watch the leader board today during the third round of stroke play at Capital City Club's Crabapple Course, recall that several schools jockeying for match play berths at the NCAA Championship have experience getting into the Elite Eight.
Here's a look at all the schools that have made it to match play since the NCAA Championship added the format in 2009, in order of number of appearances. (Schools in bold are inside the top eight entering today's third round.)
