Following in a long tradition of exclusive partnerships with the game’s top instructors, including teaching legends Bob Toski, Paul Runyan, John Jacobs, Jim Flick, Butch Harmon and David Leadbetter, Golf Digest welcomes teacher Michael Breed as its Chief Digital Instructor.

Breed, who is ranked by his industry peers among the 50 Best Teachers in America, has left the Golf Channel after 385 episodes of his weekly instruction show, The Golf Fix, to become the lead host and instructor on Golf Digest’s new digital game-improvement platform.

In his new role, Breed will create live and produced instructional content for all levels of players and throughout the Golf Digest brand. He will be a regular contributor to the print edition of Golf Digest, and will help the brand develop initiatives in the area of digital instruction.

As Golf Digest grows its digital programming, Michael Breed’s creativity, unique on-camera delivery, and boundless energy will lead the way. His expertise with video instruction and his potential as an influencer in the game make him one of a kind in the golf industry.

Breed is the 2012 PGA National Teacher of the Year, hosts a two-hour radio show five days a week on SiriusXM, and runs his teaching academy out of Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point in New York City.
