Lydia Ko had a great time meeting the Warriors -- even if her free throws need work

March 09, 2016

On Wednesday, the world's top-ranked women's golfer met up with the world's best pro sports team. And the results were about as awesome as you'd expect. Well, except for Lydia Ko's attempt from the free throw line. . .

Well said, Lydia. And good to see you stuck to your pre-putt routine. Reigning NBA MVP Stephen Curry had a more impressive attempt of his own on a full-court putt versus Ko. Check out how close he came to making it:

We knew Curry had range, but wow. And it looks like the scratch golfer got a future match out of the day:

Ko also had the chance to meet avid golfer Andre Iguodala, the MVP of last year's NBA Finals. And it turns out Andre is really into the women's game as well.

Ko was in the San Franciso/Oakland area to promote next month's Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic. Perhaps, her new friends will visit her at her place of work when she returns to the area to defend her title.
