The stock market may be crashing, but the housing bubble refuses to burst. 12-time LPGA winner Paula Creamer is hoping to capitalize on that fact, listing her $6.9 million Florida villa this week. Sunshine State McMansions are a dime a dozen these days, but Creamer’s compound boasts a selling point most can’t: A coveted spot in Orlando’s Isleworth Golf & Country Club, one of the most exclusive golf neighborhoods in all of Florida. Let’s take the tour.

5518 Worsham Court boasts five bedrooms and eight baths spread across a total of 8,203 square feet. There’s a cutting-edge gym, dedicated wine room and a wet bar that flows seamlessly into the outdoor kitchen, accompanied in the backyard by an in-ground pool, hot tub and firepit. The one-acre lot is situated on Isleworth golf course, featuring serene views of “Florida’s version of Augusta.”

Creamer purchased the property in 2022 with fiancée and former Minnesota Twins second baseman Shane Kennedy for $2.2 million. The couple extensively remodeled the property, adding 2,000 square feet to the layout. The asking price of nearly $7 million would be tidy profit for Creamer and a pretty penny for buyers, but with current and former neighbors such as Tiger Woods, Ernie Els, Bubba Watson and Justin Rose, the block parties might be worth the cost alone.
