Ryan Moore shot a bogey-free round of four-under par 67 on Sunday to win the John Deere Classic in Silvis, Ill., his fifth PGA Tour victory.
Moore, who led by as many as five strokes on Sunday, completed 72 holes in 22-under par 262, two ahead of playing partner Ben Martin at the TPC Deere Run.
Martin made his move on the back nine, birdieing holes 12 through 14 to get within two, but his bid stalled and Moore, who played his final 46 holes without a bogey, was of no help..
Morgan Hoffmann and Whee Kim finished tied for third at 17 under.
Second-round leader Wesley Bryan, better known as one half of the Bryan Bros. Golf trick shot duo, finished at 14-under in his first tournament as a member of the PGA Tour after earning a battlefield promotion from the Web.com Tour by virtue of his three victories this year. He finished tied for eighth with Kevin Na, Adam Hadwin, Andrew Landry, Steve Marino and Bud Cauley.
Zach Johnson, the 2012 John Deere Classic winner, finished tied for 34th at nine under.
