The Winners' Bags

It was a week of company people winning on golf's three major tours. Rory McIlroy captured his first PGA Tour event at the Quail Hollow Championship in Charlotte with Titleist's Pro V1x ball and 14 Titleist clubs (including the Scotty Cameron by Titleist Newport Fastback putter he used so well during his closing 62). Ai Miyazato won her third LPGA event of the season at the Tres Marias Championship in Mexico with 13 TourStage clubs (plus an Odyssey White Hot XG Teron putter) and David Eger grabbed his first Champions Tour title in five years at the Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic. Like McIlroy, Eger used 14 Titleist clubs plus a Titleist ball (Pro V1).
