Garcia: 'My head is not beautiful at the moment'

April 09, 2009

Golf is a game of confidence, as Bob Rotella's book title suggests, which might portend a long week (or rather a short one) for Sergio Garcia. He does not expect to win the Masters, by his own admission.

"It would be nice, but I'm not expecting it this week," Garcia said Wednesday. "My putting doesn't feel great, and probably my head is not beautiful at the moment. But you know, we're trying to figure it out and see what I can do."

Garcia tied for 31st at the WGC-CA Championship at Doral and finished 77th last week in the Shell Houston Open.
