Purchase Follow-Along Golf: Lessons and Workouts

January 18, 2018

Golfers like you are a passionate lot with a burning desire to work on your game, whenever and wherever possible. This dedication to improve led us to develop a new video series called FOLLOW-ALONG GOLF: AT-HOME LESSONS. So, we’ve got you covered, even when you can’t get out to play. Join Travis Fulton, a Golf Digest Best Young Teacher, as he demonstrates step-by-step routines and drills to improve your swing, max out driver distance, hit wedges closer to the hole and drain more putts. Travis also walks you through dynamic warm-ups to boost flexibility and avoid injury. You can watch the three videos—5, 15 and 30 minutes—as often as you like. All you need is your clubs and a few household items to follow along with Travis. Let’s get started!

In an era when every minute of the day seems to be devoted to something, it’s increasingly important not to waste the precious moments we have to stay in shape—for better health and better golf. Whether you have a brief 15- or 30-minute window, or you can afford closer to an hour, getting a substantial workout in a specific amount of time is the new normal. With that in mind, we asked golf-fitness professional Kaitlyn Pimentel, a former college golfer at Methodist University, to design total-body workouts for specific time frames. In this video series, Pimentel takes you through 15-, 30-, and 45-minute workouts that increase flexibility, strength, power and cardiovascular health—and they’re designed to improve your golf swing, too! All you have to do is choose the video that fits into your day, and then follow along as Kaitlyn does an all-encompassing workout with you. You don’t need a lot of fitness equipment, and no matter which video you pick, the focus on mobility and stability will have you feeling and playing your best this season. Ready to sweat?
