__Matt Kuchar: Player of the Year?__Tiger Woods may not have won a major, but with five victories this year -- two WGC events and the Players Championship among them -- it's hard to understand why he's not the runaway leader for Player of the Year honors. But, for whatever the reason, he's not, and one of those who is being considered is Matt Kuchar.

Less than two rounds through the rain-delayed Barclays, Kuchar hasn't been affected by the stop-start nature of the tournament and is dialed-in for his third win of the year. Yes it's early, but a victory here would place one of Kuchar's hands on the FedEx Cup. But would it do the same for his Player of the Year bid?

Park is tied with Christie Kerr, who herself is playing for the first time since her Solheim Cup loss. Seems there's some dueling redemption stories shaping up in Canada.
