Charles Schwab Challenge odds 2023: We have a real Kevin from 'The Office' situation with Michael Block
It's not quite 10,000-1 odds and it wouldn't quite be as improbable as John Mellencamp winning an Oscar, but you can get one tasty number on Michael Block to pull off the impossible this week.
At 600-1 on the PointsBet Sportsbook, even Kevin from "The Office" would consider a sprinkle on a Block victory at Colonial. For those unaware, Block was given a sponsor's exemption into this week's Charles Schwab Challenge, which was almost a given after his remarkable performance in the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill.
For the less ambitious, Scottie Scheffler might be an attractive play off his T-2 finish in Rochester, though you'll have to pay a premium. The native Texan is the solo favorite at +450, with Jordan Spieth checking in next at 12-1. Viktor Hovland, who also tied for second, is at 14-1 along with Tony Finau.
