Bryson DeChambeau seems to be adjusting to being a pro quickly

April 15, 2016

Bryson DeChambeau proved he can play with the big boys at last week's Masters when he was one shot off the lead through 35 holes as an amateur. Still, there's always a question about how someone will play when there's a paycheck on the line. Well, so far, so good.

DeChambeau is making his pro debut this week at the RBC Heritage, and through two rounds, he seems to be adjusting to playing golf as a job just fine. After an opening 70 on Thursday, DeChambeau shot 69 on Friday to move into the top 10 as of the time of this post.

And then, there's how he's handling himself. The 22-year-old star is fun to watch and already oozing with tour sauce. First, there was the "I am an artist" line from his Tuesday press conference. And then after Friday's round, DeChambeau gave away his cap and glove to a pair of young fans.

You can't really afford to be as generous when you're a broke college student.
