Beau Hossler practices at golf equipment store during rain delay
Heavy rains in the Kansas City area postponed the start of the Digital Ally Open's first round until Friday. But one particularly enterprising tour pro still found a way to work on his putting away from the soaked golf course on Thursday.
Rising star Beau Hossler took his putter -- And an alignment aide. And a ruler. -- to a local Golf Galaxy to get in some reps on the practice green. Check it out:
Like Beau says, greens in equipment stores are pretty mint. Maybe too mint. I feel like I can't miss when I'm trying out putters. It's almost like everything slopes into the holes. . .
Anyway, good for Beau Hossler. We'll have to see if the creative practice pays off once the tournament starts.
