I've hit balls in a simulator and putted on indoor mats.

But one area I expect to be particularly rusty when returning to real golf is lag putting. A great way to dial in speed control is our Three-Tee Speed Putting Test, which requires nothing more than space on a putting green, three tees, and a few golf balls. The objective is simple: to hit putts within a certain distance window, each one longer than the last, but not past the far tee. My record is 7, but this early in the season, my expectations are modest.
