Last summer, Grant Horvat turned down an invite to play in the Barracuda Championship after the PGA Tour denied him permission to film the experience for his popular YouTube channel. Brad Dalke, however, has other plans. On Tuesday, the 2025 Internet Invitational winner and Good Good Golf star confirmed that he will tee it up at the Rocket Classic later this summer.
Sponsor's exemptions have long been a controversial subject, with detractors arguing that merit should be the only deciding factor for tournament qualification. Dalke, who played in the 2016 Valero Open after winning the 2015 Junior PGA Championship and sunk the national championship-clinching putt for the Oklahoma Sooners in 2017, possess a unique combination of both skill and star power. We'll soon know if that's enough to quiet the doubters as Dalke is also set to play in this fall's inaugural Good Good Championship at Omni Barton Creek.
