As holes-in-one go, this one ranks near the top on the cuteness scale.

Matt Kuchar made an ace on the par-3 fifth at Detroit Golf Club in the second round while shooting two-under 70 in the Rocket Mortgage Classic. Kuchar’s reaction was fairly subdued, with him trading high-fives with his playing partners and their caddies. These are normal for the veteran, who now has seven(!) tour aces—tying for most since 2005. The scene, however, did get more fun when Kuchar approach a little boy at the ropes and had him walk up the fairway to eventually pick the ball out of the hole. Kuchar then signed the ball to create a fantastic memory for the kid. Kudos to Golf Channel’s social team for the nailed-it first line in their post:
