Our Review:
Cobra took design cues from fast automobiles and focused on five properties: weight, stability, power, feel and spin. Perhaps most notable is the unusual step of removing three grams of weight from the topline in the 4- through 7-iron. That leaves a channel in which two thin strips of carbon fiber are placed to keep the structural integrity of the topline intact. High ball flight and long. Great numbers on the launch monitor. Super forgiveness. -

Cheater clubs. You can make bad swings and still hit good shots. The shell around the sole really helped get the club through the ball. -

The distances were off the charts with this. I don't know what they're done with this strip on top. Just enough offset to be comforting.
