PXG

0311 Forged

Our Review:

Hiding the weight redistribution was a neat trick. The slightly thicker toe section draws the center of gravity higher and toward the center of the clubhead for better transfer of energy and spin consistency. This weighting helps the playability on open-face shots and chips as well. The triple-forging process refines the head’s angles and curves, and the computer-milled face helps the grooves push the USGA limits on size and edge radius for better spin.

Low-Handicapper
The biggest thing is how you can change trajectory. You can hit these little 40-yard shots and make them go high or low so easily. Serious grab around the greens, too.
Mid-Handicapper
Powerful feel with good distance control. A nice rounded look with a sweet satin finish.
High-Handicapper
The complete package of a club for full shots. Felt like the weighting was really perfect.
