“Drains fairly well, nice ambience and tough finishing stretch from the tips. Overall condition of greens is average. Layout is a little awkward with a couple hole "echoes" and crossing cart paths, but a good challenge at a reasonable price. New "pitching" area is an improvement, but limited."
