Overview
For D.C.-area golfers willing to drive about 50 minutes outside the city, the Gary Player-designed Raspberry Falls is a great option. The course plays over rolling terrain and has a good amount of elevation change. The course underwent a recent renovation to add revetted bunkers, which now resemble the daunting pots of Scottish links.

“Gary Player design with good elevation change and interesting holes. Maintenance has dropped off a bit in the last few years, but still a nice round. A few driveable par 4s, including the 6th which there's no reason to not go for it and the 17th that you must weigh the risks/reward options. Nice tee shot on 18 from high up in trees."
