Review
“Not a walkable course as there are far distances from green to tee. Design is interesting and memorable, especially the par 5 11th, which is the best hole on the course. Conditioning wasn't great, especially for evaluating it over a month post-maintenance. Reading reviews on google that write about the poor conditions shows that the problem was not an anomaly."

“This Jack Nicklaus design is wedged into a housing development where the houses were given the best land. As a result, the course has a fair number of strange holes as you navigate over the river bluffs and around and through neighborhoods. Despite these limitations, the design is pretty good and Nicklaus rarely designs a boring golf hole. The holes around the turn are terrific. Don't expect to see much of the Potomac from the course, however, as it is well-hidden behind houses."
