“Pendleton is a fun, walkable course with a linksy feel in which the holes are largely isolated from the nearby housing. There are a lot of large mounds and doglegs. It helps to move the ball both ways off the tee, but some approach shots can be long and need to be exacting. The course poses plenty of challenge from the back tees, but there are birdies to be had. There are some very nice risk-reward opportunities here, and despite one or two quirky holes, this is a well-designed course where you often feel like you are alone on the links."

“Big, narrow, spread out (no walking) and kind of in the middle of nowhere. Lots of blind shots and forced carries. Undergoing a lot of bunker renovation. Fair condition. Tough track."
