“Houses have cost the course its first hole and the driving range and short game area--even though it's been a year since the revision, hole signs still have the wrong yardage and overall condition of the course is poor...worrn areas everywhere, hard pack dirt instead of sand in most bunkers, etc. Greens are spongy and don't roll true. Course still has a decent layout, but it's not as good as it was. Views are nice along the river and 14-18 is still a strong set of holes that are fun to play."
