“The routing makes smart use of rolling and sloped terrain to deliver strong layout variety, with constant shifts in hole direction, elevation, and scale that keep the round engaging. Challenge is present but fair, relying more on contours, wind exposure, and approach precision than penal hazards. Aesthetically, the course is clean and cohesive, with native grasses and restrained shaping that allow the landscape to frame play naturally."

“If you can get an invite to Victory Ranch you're in for a treat. Expansive views from almost every hole. Top notch conditions for a mountain course. Finishing holes are very challenging and unique. Amenities are first class. Clearly one of the top course in Utah."

“Easily the best course in Utah. Great variety of holes that will make you shake from the tee. Great use of slopes off the tee to narrow the landing areas. Terrific conditions, including the best greens in the state."

“The course is vast, laid out across what feels like infinite property. The short holes are varied, and the course makes great use of the elevation and natural features of the land. Everything here is on a large scale and the ball moves well on the ground. A truly impressive mountain golf experience."

“One of if not the best course in Utah, Back nine is more difficult than front nine. Conditioning of the course and Layout variety were excellent, Only complaint would be difficulty in walking. If you get a chance to play this course I would not pass it up."

“The current clubhouse is comfortable, but does not fit the scale of the golf course. The course starts with a gentle downhill par 4, and then puts the pedal down all the way through 18. Bent grass tees and fairways are a treat to play on. The views are priceless. Don't pass up a chance to play this course!"

“This layout is in Utah's top 3, some could argue the best in Utah. Great scenic views of the surround area, and Rees Jones saved the best 3 holes for last. Good variety in hole design...unique. May be the best course in the Park City/Heber City area. Private, so if you get an invite, don't miss out on the opportunity to play."

“Easily the best course in Utah. Wonderful but tough layout. Some memorable holes, the rest are merely very good. Conditions are the best in the state. The wind will be up for your last three holes, which will ruin your score, but you will still be happy!"

“Wonderful setting and expansive course. Likely will change in future once surrounded by homes. The course plays fun and challenging, but I loose luster once you hit the final stretch 16-18. The penultimate view does not match the enjoyment of closing your round on some very challenging holes - usually matched by fierce winds."
