“Very fun re-do, public course that has been re-done well. Many holes back and forth that look the same so lacking a little in the character category except for a few holes. Fun public course but definitely not in the same caliber as Best in State, etc."

“Opened 1938, original architect Ralph Plumber. Renovation Nov. 2015 John Colligan and Trey Kemp, reopened 2017. Nice, tree line, parkland course with water features that include the Trinity River. Very good conditioning for a course that gets so much play, approx 40,000 rounds/year. Greens are receptive, and roll true. Fairways are firm and in good condition. Nice routing, holes flow continuously with no parallel fairways."
