“An interesting routing in dire need of a renovation. The front nine feels like a classic low country course, routing through and around marsh areas while the back nine feels more like a residential routing in Florida. The best land here was reserved for housing with several holes having glimpses of long water views through yards. Greens have shrunk over time significantly with sometimes 6 paces between bunkers and greens."

“I loved this course! The low country feel was prevalent as soon as you entered the gates and continued throughout the course. You could rarely see other holes than the one you were on, which creates intrigue as you progress. The use of ponds, lakes, and the broader marsh were felt differently on each hole. Many gators could be found sunning themselves. And there were enough open holes to break up the narrow windy holes that made you think."
