“Nice mid-level private golf club. Brian Ault has been the renovation architect since 2005. A few bunkers are being renovated annually with new Matrix bunker liners, new drainage piping and new bunker sand. Fairway drainage piping is being added annually. Greens were rolling around 12 feet, after being mowed and rolled daily. HOA is vying to purchase the golf course from the ownership."
