“There is a wide variety of holes within the course, featuring uphill, downhill and sidehill holes on parts of the course, while several holes feel flat, in comparison to the elevation changes elsewhere on the course. Back to back par-5s on the front nine are quite unique and both showcase the tremendous variety of holes and elevation changes on the course. In addition to the elevation changes, an array of doglegs, varied distanced par-3s make this course fun and extremely challenging for all levels of golfers."

“Solid layout variety between the direction of the par 3's and par 5's as well as the clubs one will use throughout the round. Diverse elevation changes throughout the property used by the designer. One is challenged at several holes w/ iron shots to narrow greens framed artfully by penal bunkering....11 comes to mind as a green that challenges the 10th at Riviera for width and shock value. Challenge may be a bit much in spots for higher handicap players. Course is surprisingly a bit under the radar despite having hosted the 1969 PGA, 1998 US Mid-Am, 1986 US Womens Open, and the 2005 US Senior Open"
