Overview
This Arnold Palmer design features many canyon fairways framed by towering rocky outcroppings. The course effectively uses the terrain, creating a variety of elevation changes, including several captivating elevated tee shots to landing areas that appear smaller off the tee than they actually are. The elevated tees provide beautiful vistas of the surrounding mountains. The Big Break Mesquite, the eighth season of the former golf reality television show, was filmed at Oasis Golf Club.

“Relatively short with some quirky holes. Needs to be in better condition."

“The course architecture comes alive at holes #5-8 with 100' deep canyon lined fairways. The elevated tee shots from the book ending par 5s are visually spectacular however these holes do seem to repeat themselves from a distinctiveness perspective. The waterfall at #3 & 17 create an oasis feel as well as the shorter, downhill risk/reward finale at #18 with giant boulders, elevating the tee box, and also protruding out of the water that resides just next to the green. Too many shorter/medium length par 4s with limited distinction otherwise."

“Reasonable course in decent shape, but a few holes where, especially if the wind is in your face, the drives to hidden fairways can be virtually impossible."

“Nice turf conditions along with a variety of options on how to play holes with a great deal of elevation especially on the first 9."

“A mainstay for the Mesquite area. Worth putting in your rotation."
