“Interesting layout on course purchased by the owners of the International Equestrian Center, but still needs work. Conditioning is an issue, particularly with the bunkering. Good variety of holes and plenty of elevation changes, and a decent value for what you pay. The bones are there for a good public facility but not up to the same quality standards at what they've put into horses. Greens are good but upgrade on turf and sand would make it a lot better."
