“Nice layout with good use of ponds, and water. Flat land but several holes have elevated greens where you can't see any of the putting surface from the fairway. Good condition and excellent putting surfaces. Has 2nd course, Sage Valley, that is 8 miles away and built on very hilly property. Completely different look."
