“Two solid courses at Des Moines G&CC. I would say the South is the stronger layout with many strategic and challenging holes. The North has a more pleasant setting and some very attractive holes. Active club that looks to be a fun place to play regularly."

“I don't usually enjoy Pete Dye courses but I had fun here. The staff and membership were very welcoming and the whole complex is a great place to be a part of. The course was tree lined and and a bit too wet and soft without any recent rains. Looked and played like a muted Pete Dye resort course and maybe that's why I had fun as the deception and penalty were not so harsh."
