Overview
On the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria Golf Club claims to be the oldest 18-hole course in Canada that sits in its current location. The club was founded in 1893 while the current course was finalized in the mid-1920s after work done by A.V. Macan, one of the more underappreciated architects of his time, having done most of his work in the Pacific Northwest, but most notably California Golf Club before Alister MacKenzie rebunkered the course.
