“Best views, conditons, water, bunkers and greens VS Arroyo. tighter fairways gives you some time to think what your going to hit off each tee, this is just not a driver on every par 5 or 4 course. elevated greens with more slope give this course a true challenge aspect making it more enojoyable and more thinking is needed when around the greens. bunkering is much better but still needs an update."
