“not extremely challenging, turf is perfect like most private clubs in palm desert/springs. typical Arnold Palmer design with enough challenge off the tee but wide open approach shots give you tons of club options. Bunkering could use some work sand can be inconsistent and triming of bunkers isn't too sharp. greens are good little slower than normal desert due to membership but healthy non-theless."
