WM Phoenix Open

TPC Scottsdale (Stadium Course)

    Albany Resort

    New Providence, Bahamas, Bahamas Public

    Overview

Host of Tiger Woods’ Hero World Challenge on the PGA Tour since 2015, the Albany Golf Club designed by Ernie Els opened in 2010 and balances a mix of links and desert features. The golf course is located seven minutes from Nassau International airport on the island of New Providence and is a perfect blend of championship caliber golf with a resort atmosphere. The course is known for its snaking waste areas and rolling dunes dotted with sprouts of native grass that accompany many of the holes. The front-nine plays in and around the resort's villas, and is highlighted by the par-3-second which is styled after the famous 13th at Muirfield village. The second-nine leads players into more remote sand dunes, and is known for the enticing drivable par-4-14th as well as the long par-4 finishing hole with water running the length of the hole up the left side. Equally as eye-catching as the course at the Albany Golf Club is the luxurious clubhouse and 400-yard two-sided practice range equipped with multiple short-game areas.
