According to the original tweet by @duck_dunn, the man in the video is John Berry, chairman of Downstream Casino in Quapaw, Oklahoma. His connection to gambling makes a bit more sense.
What doesn't make as much sense is why this was done in what looks to be someone's front yard. Where in the world did that ball wind up?
