If Tiger Woods goes on to win the Honda Classic this weekend -- and judging from his position at one-under par, that's unlikely -- one could still ask whether it would cause as much fuss as his contentious press conference earlier in the week. Case in point: a segment on MSNBC's "Morning Show" in which Willie Geist discusses Woods' testy response to questions about the Hank Haney book excerpt that is running in the April issue of Golf Digest.
As it happens, Geist is the author of another feature in our April issue, in which he offered his first impressions of a visit to the Masters. Aas far as we know, Woods wasn't as offended by the existence of that piece. Anyway, onto the video clip:
