16 notable players who missed the cut at the 2025 U.S. Women's Open
Stacy Revere
The U.S. Women’s Open doesn’t care if players have won majors before. It doesn’t care if players are ranked in the top 10 in the world. Anyone can miss the cut. With Map Sago is in the lead at eight under, and Nelly Korda and others sitting three shots back, the U.S. Women’s Open at Erin Hills sent many major champions and former U.S. Women’s Open champions home after two rounds. From bomber Lexi Thompson to two-time U.S. Women’s Open champ Yuka Saso, here are 16 notable players who won’t be playing the weekend in Wisconsin.

Jeongeun Lee6
The winner of the 2019 U.S. Women’s Open struggled on the greens at Erin Hills. She had 34 putts during her first round. Which is unlike her, as putting is usually one of her stronger statistical categories.
