Baseball player pulls off perfect golf walk-up routine, uses a caddie and a range finder

If any of us were to make it as a professional baseball player, we’d like to think we would walk to the plate exactly howt the Savannah Bananas’ Josh Lavender did on Thursday night.

Lavender, an infielder for the Bananas, which is a professional baseball team in the Coastal Plain League known for pulling off fun stunts, walked to the dish in style—and without having to lug his bat.

As you can see in the below video, Lavender’s elaborate golf stunt included a caddie carrying an actual set of clubs for him, in addition to his baseball bat. The caddie came prepared with a range finder, and Lavender broke out a yardage book, too.

And to top it off, it sounds like he chose his walk-up music as the Masters theme song.

Watch the video below:

Hats off to Lavender and the Savannah Bananas. We can see why the Bananas have sold out every home game of theirs since 2016, according to their Wikipedia page. The PGA Tour even shared the video on its social media channels, so Lavender has achieved something, again, any golfer might dream of.
