    Save for later

The venue is ready, the teams are set and now the tee times are confirmed.

The PGA of America released a preliminary schedule of events for next week’s Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black. Along with practice round tee times and press conference schedules, officials announced the opening foursomes session will begin on Friday, Sept. 26 at 7:10 a.m. EDT.

As the away team, the Europeans will hit the opening shot, but we won’t know exactly who until the pairings are announced during the opening ceremony on Thursday night (4 to 5 p.m. EDT) of Ryder Cup week.

The remaining foursomes matches in Friday’s opening session will tee off at 7:26 a.m., 7:42 a.m. and 7:58 a.m. The afternoon four-ball session is then scheduled to start at 12:25 p.m., with the four matches again following 16 minutes after one another.

Saturday’s morning foursomes and afternoon four-ball sessions will follow the same schedule as Friday

As for Sunday, the first singles match is scheduled to start at 12:02 p.m. EDT. Each subsequent match will follow 11 minutes after, with the final tee time of the 2025 Ryder Cup starting at 2:03 p.m. EDT.

All that means, the Ryder Cup will likely be decided around 5 p.m. EDT on Sunday, with the trophy presentation tentatively scheduled for 6 p.m.
