Why I’m excited about our new betting partnership with a PGA pro

Read The Line CEO Keith Stewart, a 20-plus year PGA professional, on the range with Cameron Young.

Keith Stewart took money from me last year. Keith and I picked right after each other at a live draft in Las Vegas for our $1,000 season-long fantasy golf league, hosted by Rick Gehman of RickRunGood.com, with a ton of respected, sharp betting minds in the room. I knew Keith’s Read The Line brand a little bit before that, but I was struck by his commentary on all his picks—how he was quickly able to analyze a player’s strengths and weaknesses from the standpoint of a PGA professional. I had to panic several times to make a pick after Keith drafted the player I had circled.

The league came down to a crucial semifinal matchup between us, and Keith ended up winning the title of our inaugural RunGood Fantasy League. Rather than hold a grudge for taking a ton of potential diaper money out of my pocket, we’ve been talking about how to form a partnership ever since. If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em, right?

That’s why I’m excited to announce a new content partnership with Read The Line, LLC. Golf Digest will syndicate Keith’s content on GolfDigest.com, meaning that Keith’s expertise will be delivered to the largest audience in golf. I’m excited for our readers to benefit from Keith’s insights from 20-plus years as a PGA professional, including a number of years spent at Isleworth when Tiger Woods was a member and resident (above).

Keith has also joined Golf Digest’s betting panel, joining some other sharp minds in golf, including Pat Mayo of Mayo Media Network/FantasyNational.com and Underdog; Brandon Gdula of numberFire/FanDuel; Andy Lack of RunPureSports.com (Andy’s also our DFS correspondent); and a rotating anonymous caddie from the tour each week. We launched our betting panel in 2018 when the PASPA federal regulations legalized gambling, and I’m proud to say it continues to be one of the leading spaces for golf betting analysis.

Here's his video explaining why Wyndham Clark was a good bet at the U.S. Open:

We loved Wyndham from the beginning. ❤️ And he went out and shot 19-Under to secure his first PGA Tour win. 🏆 Another pre-tournament winning pick. ✅ Wanna be a better bettor? 👈 Read The Line! 🗞️

Keith provides a different perspective to the rest of our mostly stats- and data-driven analysts—having studied the golf swing for decades. Where he really differentiates himself is being on-site for a majority of PGA Tour and LPGA Tour events, so he can really study a player’s game and provide actionable advice based on his observations.

Here's his video explaiing why Viktor Hovland was a good bet at the Memorial:

Viktory Monday! 😁 See what we did there? 😜 The Memorial Pre-Tournament Winning Picks Playoff (Yes) +300 ✅ Viktor Hovland to win +2000 ✅ That was last week. We're hungry for ANOTHER win at the RBC Canadian Open.🤑 Subscribe at the link in our bio and Read The Line! 🗞️

Keep an eye out for Keith’s content. Hopefully he’ll be putting more money in our pockets rather than taking it away. I'd like our readers to benefit from my loss.
