Phil Mickelson’s father, certified legend, mows lawn at age 89 while son watches(!)

Ever wonder what some of the biggest names in the game do on random Sundays late in the year when there isn’t much else going on in the sport?
Practice? Play golf? Go fishing? Watch football? Hang with family?
For one Philip Alfred Mickelson Jr., on this Sunday, well, the six-time major champion watched his 89-year-old father, Philip Alfred Mickelson Sr., mow the lawn.
And he didn’t even feel badly about it! (Watch the extremely endearing video here.)
“My dad, 89-years-old, mowing the lawn,” Phil said while watching his Dad.
“I should probably go help him.”
“Eh, looks like he’s got it under control.”
A fun little 12-second video on a Sunday afternoon to help pass the time. Love the bucket hat.
